I purchased this unit exactly 30 days ago and I am quite impressed with it. I live in California and the weather here has been crazy. One day the temperature was 98 degrees and it was December!!! This unit cooled my entire bedroom in 30 minutes making the temperature steady at about 67 degrees. I was and still am quite impressed with this unit.

The units arrrived earlier than advertized which was a blessing during the NYC summer heat. The units are not quiet as central air, of course, but what is? They are at least as quiet as window-bangers, a lot better looking and a much easier to remove if you do not need them. In sum, a very good investment.

Well what I thought would be a good thing for my son that has allergies and asthma turned out to be a nightmare. I ordered this from Price Pros and the whole ordeal was a nightmare. I ended up paying 106 dollars in interest and never did get the product. The company was horrible in the way they handled this order. I went to craigslist and bought a brand new in an unopened box for 210 dollars, picked up the same day, works great! Dont do business with Price pros is my suggestion. I dont have the choice to give it no star rating, but thats exactly what I would give it...a big fat zero.
